How I Work

I’m a Creative Director with a background in brand, visual identity, and creative leadership, now leading both Marketing and Creative teams. Over the past 15+ years, I’ve grown from a hands-on designer into a leader who sets creative vision, builds teams, and ensures brands show up clearly and consistently across every touchpoint.

In my current role as Sr. Director of Marketing & Creative at SchoolMint, I oversee a multidisciplinary team spanning content marketing, design, multimedia and marketing operations, and events. My focus is on creating strong brand systems and clear direction—guiding everything from video and content to web experiences, campaigns, and publications—while making sure creative supports broader marketing and growth goals.

I care deeply about thoughtful creative, collaborative teams, and work that’s not only well-crafted, but purposeful. My approach blends creative direction with marketing leadership, helping teams move with clarity, consistency, and intent.
